The XCPN 1-4 Pullman number band stamp comes with 4 bands.  Number bands contain numbers 0-9 and special characters.  Sturdy wooden handle and quality metal frame will give you a great impression.  This stamp is used with a separate rubber stamp pad.  Character size is 5/32" which is comparable to 14 point size.
